We will oversee ordering and tracking of all products, coordination with contractors, delivery and installation of floor and wall coverings, furniture, light fixtures etc. and ensure proper maintenance of all objects that are needed for the space.

For potential buyers it is very difficult to visualize an empty house as their own home. We are qualified interior decorators with experience in design and space planning for residential properties.We offer services in color co-ordination,furniture and art work selection and space planning for your model homes. The services of staging a model home will include but not limited to selection of co-ordinated wall colors,
flooring,furniture,rugs,artworks,lighting,window treatments etc.
Property Staging
Vacant property
This service will provide vacant home owners with a few key vignettes in spaces that need more definition of purpose.Stagers will stage the areas that are the most important to buyers such as the foyer, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
There will be a nominal monthly fees associated with keeping the accessories and small liftable furniture at the property till the property sells.We also work with rental furniture companies to transform vacant property to fully furnished staged home.
Occupied property
This service will provide better space planning of the existing furniture to show maximum potiential of the house.Major de-cluttering and organization of the space will be included in the services.We will use what the owner already has or provide our accessories and furniture for maximum impact.
